The branding had stood still since the launch of both groups COAPE (Centre of Applied Pet Ethology) and CAPBT (COAPE association of applied pet behaviourist and trainers).
The new logo had to reflect the caring nature of the organisations and promote a strong image for both cats and dogs.
The COAPE and CAPBT website needed to reflect the professionalism of the two associations, which are mutually inseparable. But they both needed to reflect the different functions of each entity: COAPE in educational solutions and professional qualifications for pet behaviourist and CAPBT the qualified and services of professional behaviourist available to the pet owning community.
Both websites had previously been contracted out to other developers who hadn’t delivered a satisfactory or professional solution.
At NGM we spent considerable time making sure we worked with the COAPE and CAPBT team to ensure the brief reflected the creativity and functionality to match their expectations.
The two websites had between them:
"I have been very pleased with the services offered by Nicki on my recent relaunch of our Association's website. We had many complex areas to deal with including secure databases and members area as well as the area for the general public. Nicki has a great working style, very friendly and professional and the quality of service was exceptional from design right through to the technical project management aspects. We had very tight deadlines and very specific needs and all of this was delivered on time and with excellent quality. Feedback from our members is very positive on the new site, and I would highly recommend Nicki to anybody looking for creative, project management or website services."
